Hydration for winter skin

The serum was a welcome change in my skin routine after being exposed to the winter elements and heated interiors. Immediately after my skin felt hydrated. The three stars is because the effects weren’t as long lasting and the packaging seems quite cheap. This review was collected as part of a promotion.

Great for dehydrated oily skin

First use of it can feel a little sticky especially for an oily skin girl. However this formula is amazing for dehydrated but oily skin people. It hydrates the skin without making it oily

Ok, but not amazing

Pros: the little dewy drops burst quickly and easily. The serum sat nicely under moisturiser and makeup Cons: the dropper was really inefficient and I struggled to get any product out of the bottle. It left my skin feeling tacky and sticky so it was only comfortable on my skin if I was layering it. It didn’t leave me with a glow as stated on the packet.

Dewy drops

The serum has a weird texture I didn’t really enjoy, the balls were few and far between so it wasn’t really “bursting”. Unfortunately I didn’t really notice much of an effect on my skin in the timeframe given, but I’ll continue to use it until it’s empty as I’m interested to see what comes of it after a month or so.

It was just ok…

To be honest I am not raving about this product… it wasn’t as hydrating as I thought it would. Felt a little tacky on my face.

Pleasantly surprised

This product was pleasantly surprising. As a skin care fanatic, I wondered how I'd fit this into my routine but it was an excellent first step. The product went on nicely with the dropper and absorbed really quickly. It went well underneath make up which is really important to me. The bottle was glass which was nice and the dropper application method was nice. I didn't experience any sensitivity which I can be prone to. It was soothing if anything. I'd also recommend this to my teen daughter.

Nice Dewy Serum

This is a light weight serum and hydrating on the face. It is fast absorbing and my skin feels so soft. Using it for 7 days may not be enough to evaluate the results. It does what it should but overall, I had used better serums in the past.

Capsule Serum

I found this Serum, to be light weight, non oily and very hydrating. I used this Serum before my moisturizer day and night and noticed my skin to be smoother and less dry and patchy. I would definitely recommend this product and will be purchasing this

Good serum, good value

Been trialling it for 9 days, applying after cleansing in the morning. It has an easy to use dropper and promises hydrated, glowing and plump skin. It definitely delivers on the hydration and moisture front. The texture is thick but very easy to apply, the encapsulated beads burst easily, it’s not at all greasy or sticky, and it absorbs quickly. My skin feels comfortable and hasn’t felt dry since I’ve been using it. With new skincare I’m always hyper aware of possible breakouts but with just one blemish in nine days, I can tell you it passes with flying colours on the breakout front. It’s a great one for winter when I’d usually use a moisturiser under my SPF - this has done the moisture job on its own. I’m really impressed with this serum and it’s at an amazing price for what you get. It combines multiple benefits in one product- hydrating and moisturising, glowing and barrier-supporting - and I’m really liking it added to my morning routine.
