1. Cleanse and dry skin before applying the patch.2. Remove the patch from the protective film and place over the nose. Smooth edges of the patch to ensure effective contact.3. Gently peel to remove after 6-8 hours. Rinse and gleefully inspect gunk absorbed.For optimal results repeat treatment once a week.
