1. After washing and drying your feet, open the pouch and take out all-in-one bootie.2. Cut open bootie along the cutline and place feet inside.3. Wear booties for 20 minutes (gently message feet) and remove booties. Gently pat remaining essence until fully absorbed.

As the skin has a 4 week regeneration period it is most effective when used twice a week for the first month and then as required.
