METHODS OF USE:

DIFFUSION: 6 - 9 drops to water in Diffuser.

MASSAGE: 6 drops to 12ml of massage base oil and massage over body.

SPRITZ: 6 drops in 100ml Spritz bottle of water and spray surrounding air avoiding eye area.

Ingredients: Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) herb top flowering 697mcL/ml, Citrus reticulata (Mandarin) fruit peel 272mcL/mL, Chamamelum nobile (Roman Chamomile) flower 30mcl/mL, Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root 1mcL/ml.
