Do not recommend this knife at all

Very very disappointed in this. Feels incredibly uncomfortable to hold, it's very heavy and a weird shape. It couldn't even cut my Christmas ham. Breville have really dropped the ball on this one.

Handy knife

The knife is well made & the rechargeable battery allows you to use it without having to plug it in to power. It seems to struggle a bit on a tough crust of sour dough.
