Used to be ‘soft’

These used to be my pets favourite treat, for 6 years now she would have them every day and would not take any other treat, but lately they are no longer ‘soft’ chicken chews, they are hard as stone and she can no longer chew them without cutting her mouth. Such a shame, they used to be such a wonderful product.
