Soft Cream Travel Mini Lotion Moisturiser + Jojoba Oil & Vitamin E

I swear, I have applied Nivea Soft to my skin for 20 years with no problems. Basically no other cream has come close. The day someone changed the ingredients, I’ve stopped using it. The new formula is rubbish and I mean rubbish. My skin feels dry to the bone and I hate it. If you go back to how it was, you’ll have a customer for life. Why change such a perfectly amazing product. You have now lost a customer. Please return back

You have lost a 20 year customer of this product. I do not like the new formula. It is way to runny and feels oily on my skin. It also no longer travels well. If you put it in a suitcase to travel, it is so runny it leaks out every where. That never happened to me before, now i have to pack it in a zip lock and take an extra one with me for the return trip. It sucks, I will never buy it again.

Thought I'd let someone know, I dont like this new formula as much as the old one. Im now getting an ouly T-zone, I have to use twice as much, it doesn't sink in as easily/ isnt as absorbent. I'm getting pimples, especially at the edge of my nose and cheeks (which I've never had ) and I feel like I need to re-apply at the end of the day. Bring back less sustainable formula please. I now feel I have to go find something new

I have been using this product for close to 20 years and have been very happy. The new formula unfortunately has totally missed the mark and is upsetting a lot of people (my friends and family all talk about it too). Can you please revert back to the old formula, what are disastrous way to lose so many customers especially when the product was fine as it was. Thank you.

Very disappointed, the new formula does not soak into skin, does not moisturise and leaves a greasy film. I won't buy this anymore. Great shame to have lost a perfect moisturiser .

Hey! I have used Nivea soft every day and every night of every week of every for many decades. It was perfect. I was loyal to nivea. Then, I bought a pot with a green circle, a new recipe! It was terrible. I discarded it and quickly purchased any pots i saw with out the green circle but am now reaching the end of my supply, help me... what do I do now.. I can't live without it

I found the Nivea Moisturising Cream very thick and deeply hydrating, which is great for dry skin. However, the scent was quite strong and overpowering for me. While it does moisturise well, the fragrance makes it less enjoyable for everyday use, especially if you prefer gentler products.

I have been using nivea soft for my whole life and it is the only skincare product that my face handles well. I bought a new tube yesterday as I used up my last tube and i woke up this morning with my face fully swollen, red and blotchy. I could barely see out of one eye. Disappointed that the only moisturiser i have ever been able to use is gone. please bring the old formula back.

Your new vegan formula burns my skin when using it. You’ve added a scent to it which is gross. It used to be a neutral scent. Now it’s lavender (vomit inducing smell) Used this for the last 10 years every day and now I’m unable to use it.

My mum really likes this cream she actually was already using the same cream when I got this one. I know it really helps with her skin and the texture is really great with a smooth glossy consistency.
