Joseph-Joseph Folding Handle Non-Stick Frypans

This is the third Joseph-Joseph non-stick I have bought and am very satisfied with them. My research for a new frypan revealed the ceramic non-stick coating does not contain any of six harmful compounds commonly found in older coatings. It also had the second highest oven temperature rating, up to 40degree higher than most other contemporary pans. The best feature though is the folding handle that makes for easy storage. It also overcomes the problem of trying to clean a pan when the handle prevents it being fully immersed in a sink. With these pans it's a simple matter to fold the handle, place into a sink, fill with soapy hot water and use a brush to clean. See the attached photo.
