Shake well before use. Generously spray to exposed areas holding bottle 10-15cm away from skin. Ensure even application by spraying at least seven times per section of body until product is visible. Rub in lightly. Apply 15-20 minutes before sun exposure and re-apply every 90 minutes, especially after swimming, exercising or towel drying. Store below 30C.
