Step 1. PREP - Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas, hands, feet, ankles and wrists.Step 2. APPLY - Glide on using a tanning mitt to ensure no missed patches.Step 3. RINSE - Leave on for 8 hours before showering off.Step 4. GLOW - Your tan will develop over 6-8 hours into a medium golden glow.Patch test 24 hours before use.

Do no apply to sensitive, broken, irritated skin. Do not get in eyes. If you do, rinse weill with warm water. Avoid contact with lips. Seld tan may stain. Wash palms after use.
