Stainless Steel Deluxe Deep Fry Thermometer

The LED display is red, which makes it difficult to clearly read the temperature while making jam. It can be quite frustrating when accuracy is important. A clearer or brighter display would make it much easier to use.

Should’ve bought this gem 5 batches of failed candy earlier! I consider myself a pretty capable person in the kitchen but after 5 lots of toffee failed (lets not even talk about all the pistachios) I realised my cheap thermometer was still reading 100oC an hour after using. Thankfully Myer had what I consider to be the most robust and accurate Thermometer at a very reasonable price. When you’re checking oil temp for donuts or making Pistachio Brittle don’t waste time or ingredients relying on anything less. More confidence, winning results.
