Steel Twin Frypan Set 20x28cm in Silver

The pan performs as advertised (only used the 28cm), it heats very quickly indeed, and is a good balance in thickness, so that it's not flimsy and "tinny", but also not thick and heavy. Both pans are light enough to be easily lifted with one hand. For the finish, I've had no colouring of the exterior finish at this point; the inside retains the same stainless finish, although the initial shine will dull a little after lots of scouring to a more matt finish, but it still looks very clean and new. Unlike the wok of this family, I've not had any burning or staining of oil on the sides, I assume because the heat is lower, and it's been really easy to clean, just using the rough side of a non-stick scourer/sponge. The handle remains entirely cool even after leaving on the heat for some time. Got this on sale at a great price so very happy with the purchase.
