Sukin Blemish Control Clearing Facial Wash 125mL

This cleanser is super gentle. It's a gel that foams slightly and feels nice on the skin. It feels really gentle and nourishing and doesn't strip the natural oils from my face. I prefer to use something more intense - eg oil cleanser in the evening to remove makeup and SPF. For that reason, I usually used this one in the morning if I felt I needed a cleanse, or sometimes as my second cleanse in the evening. My boyfriend also uses it sometimes and I feel it's the perfect option for him - minimal scent and gentle. I really love Sukin as a brand with how it prioritises gentle, plant derived ingredients.

This cleanser is clear and smells of herbs (on a refreshing side) from natural ingredients (plant oils and extracts). It foams a bit, not too much. And interestingly (being targeted to blemish prone skin) it is very gentle. Leaves skin soft and smooth after washing. I loved it using on my face that I kept it in the shower (to do morning refreshing cleanse. Usually I was using only water) and used all over the body too! It is so affordable and comes in a big 125mL bottle, so it lasts me a long time. City water in a huge city where I live is of a very poor quality (gets even slightly beige with tiny dots in it at times. Has off putting smell too). So showering daily with it my skin can get irritated and itchy. Even dry. While using this Sukin cleanser as all over body/face wash, my skin was soft and normal. And no itchiness ever or dryness. I think it may be soothing (from tea tree oil and other herbs).

This leaves your skin nice and clean feeling - vital when you are feeling a bit congested and spotty - but without an overly tight feeling on your face. Easy to dispense in the pump bottle, and foams up nicely. I don't really get any smell from this, it's just 'clean' which is nice. Leaves my skin clean, doesn't irritate it, thumbs up for when you want to feel really clean all in really.

I've been using this cleanser for about a month now and I really like it. It leaves your face feeling super clean and refreshed and has really helped clear up the many spots and blemishes I had on my face. The reason I only gave it four stars is because I felt the scent was a little too strong. It might just be my taste, as I'm not the biggest fan of tea tree but just keep that in mind before buying it if you aren't a fan either!

This cleanser comes in a 125ml pump bottle with a mint green label and is part of Sukin's blemish control range. It contains plant extracts, Vitamin E and has tea tree and eucalyptus oils which are useful for treating blemishes. The main surfactant is Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate which is quite mild. One thing I don't like in the formula is the addition of peppermint oil which can be irritating. I am usually wary of 'blemish control' products that are stripping or loaded with alcohol, but thankfully this wasn't the case. This cleanser is foaming but is still gentle and doesn't strip your skin and is even slightly hydrating. The peppermint does leave my face a tiny bit tingly which I'm not a fan of. The cleanser is reasonably effective, but doesn't work very well to remove make-up but I usually use a make-up remover first any way. One thing I have noticed about this cleanser is that my skin is a little bit more sensitive when I add serums with actives after using this cleanser, compared to my usual mild cleanser. But overall I think it's a nice cleanser and may work very well for other people.

I recently became obsessed with the Sukin brand after trying their sensitive pink clay mask (best mask I have EVER used!). This face wash is a really nice texture and a little goes a long way. I love how I can really lather it adding a little water at a time. The smell is soooo good and leaves skin feeling super fresh and cool. I haven't noticed a mind blowing difference in clearing up my skin but I do really love the texture and the way it feels so I would defiantly buy again.

I recently received this as part of the Sukin 4 step Blemish Control kit, and whilst I had mixed feelings about the set as a whole, I did really like the facial wash that was included as part of this pack. The face wash is clear and slightly runny in consistency which made it easy to distribute. I found that it formed a good lather on my face and my skin felt clean after use. The best part about this product for me was the fragrance - it smells so natural and reminds me of spa treatments. I didn't notice any huge change in my acne, even when used in conjunction with the other products, however I still feel that this is a solid facial wash that I would be happy to purchase again in the future.

While this face wash is nothing sort of dazzling, it's also not disappointing. Nice refreshing fragrance, gel like texture and nice formula that foams up easily and leaves skin feeling squeaky clean. Bit drying compared to my usual cleanser but I can understand why it must have been designed like that to reduce breakouts and get rid of all germs from pores. Since my skin isn't breakout prone, I am less likely to repurchase but would definitely recommend to any teenagers suffering from acne and blemishes.

I received this wash at the Beautyheaven Natural Beauty event as part of the Blemish Control kit. As part of the kit, a 50ml bottle of the wash is included. I found it really difficult to remove the seal. You can smell the eucalyptus and tea tree oils in the wash, but the scent is not too overpowering and the essential oils don't sting. Even though this wash is for blemish prone skin (and I only had one problem pimple while using this) I found that it didn't leave my skin feeling tight and dry. This will be my go to wash whenever I have breakouts to deal with.

This product cleans the face, and is quite creamy. Definitely great at removing dirt and pollution, yet not 100% sure about zit removal. There are other facial scrubs from Sukin that I personally prefer, yet I am grateful for the gift of trying this cleanser out from BH's Natural Beauty Month. Came in a cool, little kit of blemish control products. Sukin is a great brand, and this product is appropriate for some in the marketplace. It isn't for me, yet I like my clean cleansed face and neck after use.
