Sunbeam EM0180 Cafe Creamy Automatic Milk Frother

I love this reliable milk frother and warmer. I've had mine for two years, and it's still going strong with couces of hot milk. As long as you take good care of it, it'll last for years.

The enamel coating came off in various places. Because I had the product for just over a year, it was out of warranty and they won’t replace it. Don’t waste your money.

Does exactly what we need, and it works pretty quickly don’t have to wait around for ages for it to froth and warm the milk we love it

I have had this one for 2 weeks now, trying to like it but it is hard too. Makes too much froth with no milk liquid, very annoying! I enjoy a large cup everyday but not with this machine.

I was very very disappointed with this so called milk frothier I would not recommend anyone purchase this product, it does not work and the price wow I returned it JB were great they refunded my money. I went into BigW and purchased a lot cheaper product and I am very happy with it. DO NOT PURCHASE I read the reviews and they were not so good I thought ok maybe it was just their interpretation I was wrong they were right terrible product.

The best thing I have bought, I use it every day. Makes the best froth.

Machine is really easy to use. Milk warms to just enough, but I couldn’t live without it on the road to heat the milk for my coffee. Use mix if you want limited foam.

Very over rated. Froths milk way too much if you are a "latte" drinker. If you like a lot of froth then its great. Heat wise, it does get nice and hot. Can't say its been a woerhy investment for me.

This milk frother scratched was easily. I have since replaced it with another brand with a stainless steel jug - THIS IS THE BEST OPTION. Stay away from the non-stick coating, and find a model that is stainless steel. I've found cleaning steel has been a breeze and it is durable and safe.

Truthfully it barely froths. I purchased this after seeing a friend use it and thought it was great. I’ve used it a number of times and it doesn’t quite do what its meant to. I will admit it mixes things quite well.

I've never experienced bigger frustrations with a piece of kitchen appliance than with this thing. If you want a cup full of froth and foam with no milk then I would recommend this for you - otherwise, stay well away! Worst buy ever.

This is a great product, it's automatic frothed the milk well and always look forward to my next coffee.

Easy to use, froths milk well for coffee. Only down side is it takes a little while to actually beat the milk - but you don’t have to stand and watch it so it doesn’t matter.

It's no coincidence that this product only has 12 month replacement guarantee, but that becomes useless because it generally stuffs up after this time. Owned two of these, because I didn't learn the first time.. save your cash... buy something else!

On Sunday 6th September 2020 I bought this for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I can make delicious cappuccinos, hot chocolates, lattes and mochaccinos for when my family and friends come over. The staff were kind and thoughtful to me and the service was fabulous.

I’ve bought many of these as the hot choc is truly great. But they break down. I buy 3 at sales to last the year. But they don’t always last the distance.We use the frother twice a day so that’s not overuse.

This machine is so inconsistent. Milk often luke warm after a cycle. Frother function is a lottery also- milk either completely frothed or not at all. Piece of rubbish for the money.

I had mine for around 3 years and it died today as it just wouldn't stir anymore. It was used almost every day and gave good service. Will look at getting another one soon.

It produces good frothy milk but it takes a lot longer than other frothers. Furthermore it cannot froth enough milk for 2 cups of regular sized coffees.

I was initially so happy with this product. It worked really well & as it's only me using it. Terrible for multiple users as it takes like 10 minutes to cool down. It's a pretty expensive for a single use item.

I bought this a week ago and couldn’t be happier with its good looks, versatility, ease to clean, ease of operation and value for money. Spot on product that delivers what Sunbeam said it would.

I was initially so happy with this product. It worked really well & as it's only me who uses it, it's the perfect set-up. It wouldn't be useful for multiple users as it's too slow/cool down too slow. The disappointing thing is that the frother stopped working & the milk now only heats to luke warm. The mechanism underneath is so small that it seems to have worn out & just won't catch anymore. It's a pretty expensive purchase for a single function/use item that lasts a year at best. I used to consider Sunbeam a quality manufacturer but have recently had 2 of their products fail.

Bought this 3 months ago absolutely loved it in the beginning thought how good it was. Now lucky to get minimal froth don't know if it can be fixed adjusted but if it can't a total waste of money. So to start it would if been 5 stars but now 1. Help please

I brought one of these it does not froth Milk at all, unless you use watered down milk.

Very disappointed with this product. Milk is simply not hot enough on any setting. Not sure what cups they judge it on but there's barely enough luke warm milk for one cup. I'm taking it back for a refund.
