Why does this not come with single instead of dual wall filter baskets. Who the f&&& cares about a 58mm portafilter if you're using pre-ground trash coffe????

Got sucked in by the positive reviews after out dual boiler kicked the bucket. Thought this would be a suitable downsize after people rated so highly. Um, no thank you. It was cheap and it feels it. Sure it looks nice, but I'm scared I'll break it just by touching it. It moves around too easily and even the grouphead quality feels poor. I'll be returning it and going back to the more expensive dual boiler.

The first time I made a coffee for my wife, she said 'Wow - it's just like one from the café!', so that was the perfect result! It's a great machine, easy to use, fast clean-up, and it's a lot of fun getting to learn new coffee styles and techniques.

Fantastic option for smaller spaces without sacrificing quality. The design fits easily on the bench, but the machine still feels solid and premium. The machine itself heats up quickly and delivers consistent shots which isn't always the case with other machines. Found the steam wand straightforward to use and the machine itself is ideal if you want cafe style coffee at home without taking up too much room.

This coffee machine is a fantastic little appliance and a great addition to my kitchen. I’ve not had access to one since I lived at home and was keen to see if it lived up to expectations. It’s safe to say it passed with flying colours. The espresso shot and hot water tap combo is great for mornings when I’m dashing out of the door. The milk frother makes for a nice smooth latte when I have the time. I live with two friends, and we all find it easy to operate and quick to clean, which helps when we’re all using it regularly.

I love this coffee machine!! It is so compact, easy to use and heats up quickly! Perfect for mornings when you just want a good cup fast. The coffee tastes smooth, the milk frother works nicely, and cleaning is simple. Overall, a handy, no-fuss machine that fits easily into any kitchen. Cleaning is also pretty easy, which is honestly one of the biggest wins. The parts that need washing come off without a fight, and the drip tray doesn’t overflow after one use like some machines do. My family and I love this coffee machine and have been using it every day since receiving the product.

I was looking for a machine that was easy to use, felt professional but could fit in my extremely small kitchen—this absoltuely fit the bill! I'm no barista but I managed to teach myself in just a couple of tries and am really happy with it! Would def recommend for those who don't want appliances taking up every surface in their kitchen too :)

Compact little unit that doesn't overwhelm your bench space, and makes a very decent coffee too. The extraction is quick and delivers a reliable crema. I've always preferred the old mechanical models without the unnecessary options of modern espresso machines and the simplicity of this Slimline is pretty similar. Easy clean is great to flick on and go.

I live in a fairly ‘economically’ sized apartment, so the Slimeline Espresso fit the bill perfectly. I don’t have a lot of counterspace in my kitchen but find that the machine fits really nicely with the space. I’ve been pretty overwhelmed with how complex some of the other home coffee machines are, but didn’t want to simplicity of a Nespresso pod machine - incidentally the Slimeline Espresso has the advantages of both! Highly recommend for anyone who wants a coffee machine thats a little simpler to use and maintain or those who just want to save some counterspace in their kitchens. Tried it out today and the coffee came out perfectly.

Do not Recommend, only had for 3months boiler stopped working only user for 3 or 4 cups a day. Will be trying to return. Avoid other reviews online with same issue.

Good value machine - bought as a gift and my partner loved it. Very good machine worth the money, build quality is excellent. Looks slick in the kitchen.

Bought this yesterday to replace our old Sunbeam MiniBarista that’s been acting up after years of service. I’m not impressed. It looks nice, but it’s very light, so you have to hold onto the machine to install the group head. It also spits and splutters when extracting- I have reduced my grind size and tamping force from what I used before but no joy. Coffee is not the same. The shot size is also way too much- about 100ml for a double shot, so I’ll have to see if I can adjust that. Currently feeling like I wasted my money.

I love this little coffee machine. I have been using Nespresso machines up until now because they are fast and compact. This little beauty is very compact and makes a cafe style coffee. It takes a little longer to make a coffee but the end result is a real latte ! Love it.

I really love this machine! I'm a consistent coffee drinker, but I have limited kitchen bench space, so this machine is ideal for me. The machine's miniature size works in small spaces, and I'm impressed with how good a coffee this produces! Also, the water machine heats up pretty quickly after you switch it on, so no long wait times. It can take a little while to get a hang of the milk steamer, but it makes a really good espresso!
