Dangerous in my opinion

I had the same experience as the previous review I was blending soup and it started to have a toxic smell and then smoke heavily on the grey rubber are at the top of the handle. I thought it was going to catch on fire !!! I unplugged it quickly and threw it outside, dangerous appliance in my opinion so binned it.

Waste of money

Not Happy. Used for light work blending soup, and it started smoking. Only used a few times and it's out of warranty and in the bin.

So disappointed

I bought this 2 months ago but only used it once before it just stopped working. My previous Sunbeam stick blender gave up after two years - the drive seized. Will be looking for my money back and buying a different brand.

Not a Happy Customer

I have never been more disappointed in a purchase. I do not believe that it is faulty. The design is at fault. As I use it, it sucks the hot content up & it burned my hand. Very difficult to clean. Even after 3 attempts to get everything clean I can not get to the place where it is not sealing correctly. Therefore it smells. I have never left a negative review on any product before. After 2 uses I am throwing this Stickmaster in the b

Poor quality

I bought it almost two years ago and every time i used it , it burnt and i had to replace it .Now finally I returned it . I don’t recommend it at all such a bad experience with add on frustration.

ruined my soup..

it's too powerful. Like you can't stir the blender through to get the lumps. It suctions down so it won't turn out smooth unless you blend for a REALY long time and hope that it gets everything. I'd probably just get a different one tbh. Also I think there is a cover on the blades because i found heaps of little bits of plastic all through my soup. But i did check to see if there was a cover before I used it. So hopefully i didn't eat any plastic. If for some reason you do buy this product for sure check the blades for an invisible cover.
