No one should use Blackmores Super Magnesium Plus. It seems to be extremely dangerous. My mother and I both took one tablet each before going to sleep, and throughout the whole night we both felt very uncomfortable. We had stomach pain, felt like vomiting, felt like we had a fever, had sweating, anxiety, fear, and could not sleep. For me, it proved to be like poison. Please, no one should use this.

I seem to need magnesium for my muscles (especially when exercising lots) as I get older.This is the only magnesium suppliment which prevents my muscles from contracting (or cramping) even just toe muscle straightening or curling involuntarily. I don't know what the difference with other brands is, or what the effective ingredient is, but all others I have tried (other brands and gummies etc) have not been effective to prevent mostly leg or toe muscles contracting, (i.e. e.g. straightening or curling of toes, twinges in legs as if about to cramp ). I take about 1 tablet per day (often in 2 doses) of super magnesium 2/3 way through a meal to prevent loosening of bowel movements. Thank you Blackmores.

I just wanted a magnesium supplement. It is not clearly shown on the packaging that this is actually a multivitamin. I now have toxic levels of vitamin b6 on my blood tests

Super Magnesium + I brought it before Xmas & when i took it my heart start beat really fast. ( even resting) I tried few times, same happened. I want return it (COLES)

This vitamin led me to having a nervous breakdown after 3 months of usage. I have only discovered the B6 dosage in this tablet is dangerously and can negatively affect the nervous system. Moreover, there should be more of a warning mixing this vitamin with other medications.

I've been taking Blackmores Super Magnesium + for the last 5 nights after switching from another brand. Since switching to this brand, I am unable to fall asleep and I'm experiencing intense muscle cramps continually throughout the night. I would NOT recommend this product, it's a complete waste of money.

I have been taking Blackmores Super Magnesium + and have been alarmed to learn that it contains 50mg of vitamin 6. This is 25 times the daily requirement and can lead to blood poisoning. I have stopped taking them and am very disappointed to know you have been providing an expensive but dangerous supplement.

I’ve been using an effervescent magnesium successfully for a year and decided to try this product as an alternative. It has not stopped the cramps nearly as effectively. Given I take magnesium at night to assist with cramps, the issues with b6 and insomnia should have been better listed in the instructions.

Maybe for some but never did for me. I slept like a baby doesn’t matter if I take in the morning or at night.
