Swisse Calcium and D - calcium citrate.

I am yet to have blood tests to review calcium levels, but this is the one brand my GP recommended as it is Calcium Citrate and other brands have other calcium types. So I gage it, taking it, and I sorry I cannot say anything more at this stage except Chem Warehouse have it when many other chemists do not!

Excellent product

I have been using these for years. I like that it is a flat tablet and easy to swallow. My doctor sent me for a bone density test and she said my bones are perfect, her exact words. Needless to say these are the only calcium tablets I take. Calcium citrate is the only way to go.
