1. Apply approximately 5 grams (1 teaspoon) of mask onto each foot, with spatula.2. Rub a thin layer over your feet, adding a thicker layer to extra dry or hard skin.3. Pull booties on and elevate feet for 20-40 minutes.Express Treatment: Rinse feet and dry off, then apply Synxeaze Heel Balm or Serum.Deep Treatment: Wipe off excess cream after 20-40 minutes.
