Tefal Access Steam Care Garment Steamer

I bought a Tefal Steam+Garment in late 2021. I have used it only lightly and always emptied the water out of the unit after each use. Despite this, It is no longer working now (after not being used for 8 months). I think It has been used about 3 times. Steam simply will not emit from the item and Tefal refuses to help. AVOID.

A good little hand steamer. I find it leaks a bit so you have to keep it upright at all times. The board it comes with is a bit useless. The only place I can hang it is on my shower screen. The board isn't very big either, so I find adult clothing a little tricky to steam.

Works well. Water fill is not large and small hole. Steam is good and ergonomic

Unit does a good job but problem is finding a good place to hang the heat pad!! Brochure says do not hang on wooden door or painted surfaces. Unfortunately, all our doors are painted wood so can't use the door hanger supplied!!

Brought this item about 3 months ago really quick and handy to use recommend this product.

It's quite heavy to hold after a 2 or more garments, it leaves wet water marks and it doesn't get creases out. Also burns you quickly as you fuss trying to hold garment tight to aid getting creases out The ironing board accessory only suited to approx a size 12 it less pant or top. Ive tolerated this appliance too long. Ive read trying to learn , is it me or appliance. I wish I read reviews before purchase. Don't buy this.

The connection part’s like the brushes and other parts that Connect’s to the steamer are loose when you use it it comes off the steamer it doesn’t stay on that’s why I am not very happy with this steamer.

This is my first experience with a steamer. The steamer works great we have some very delicate dresses for a wedding coming up so we bought the steamer for them. However the hanging board came off hook first use and broke around edges. Does not have a secure enough concept for my liking. As it’s hung from a door and you can’t use it lying down.

Bulky. Missing the seam attachment. No so impressed. For the price tag i was expecting alot more.

We found that it is an excellent steamer that is effective and does its job. But: Water container small, and so empties fast. Water container difficult to open without wabbling it a bit.

Now it leaves a yellow-ish stain on my clothes whenever I use it. I cleaned the inside of it but it still leaves the stain.

Need to refill to iron more than 2 garments at a time. Good for small loads. A bit heavy when filled with water. Good steam generated, noisy.

I purchased the Tefal garment steamer solely for the purpose of ironing out window treatments and bed linen and found I am using it for so much more (dresses, blouses, jackets). It heaps up extremely quickly, has three different steam output settings and comes with useful accessories. If I had to name a negative, I find is that the water storage isn't a lot, I think this is due to the product being a hand held device, as it would make it much heavier to hold with a larger water capacity. All in all it is more than adequate for the purpose I purchased it for so I am very happy. I Love it!

Perfect for steaming a few pieces of garments on the go. I love that I can use it on my silk blouses as well as chiffon and cotton. Produces plenty of steam and heats up very quickly.

Easy to use, haven’t used our iron since! New concept to me but highly effective.

I purchased the Tefal steamer online where the online experience shop was super easy and efficient. The delivery was timely. The steamer was purchased as a gift to family which their feedback on the use of it as 'easy to use, quick and efficient'. No time wasting on using an outdated iron and board as the Tefal steamer came with a backboard to keep the garment straight when hanging whilst steaming the garment. Perfect household gift!

This was the second garment steamer I’ve had after returning a Phillips garment steamer that required a whole of effort and time to steam one dress with average results. I was worried garment steamers were just not efficient products and a bit of a gimmick but tried my luck instead with this Tefal unit. So glad I did, it works amazingly well and so easily. 3 steam settings, a nice long cord, the two head attachments, a door hook and a hanging board with clips! The board and door hook are great simple additions to this product that help make all the difference, but nothing impressed me as much as running the steamer, for the first time ever, over some thick crumpled denim and and witnessing a trail of immediately smooth denim in it’s path. Could not be happier.
