Useless. Not as good as what has been promised . So this peodyhas limited use.

it does the job well, but the startup time is a few minutes longer than it claims. Due to its small water tank, do not expect huge amount of steam, it’s good for a few garments, but avoid using it for large quantities of clothes.

Never worked, followed the steps, just makes a knocking sound, please help

I was in need of a steamer for a dress I was wearing for an event. Was so simple to use. No wait time and instantly did its job! Would definitely go buy for myself.

Easy to use and it actually removes wrinkles and ceases in pants and shirts without positioning them on an ironing board

This steamer is relatively light and easy to handle. It heats up quickly and provides a good head of steam. The water holder is not huge but enables a number of garments to be steamed in one go.

Got calcified after one use. Use bottled water maybe? But it’s disappointing

Great purchase, I researched for a new handheld steamer and this has great steam power and we love the lock option for continuous steaming. Works great for all my work clothes and the door hanger is a great accessory! Would recommend. Enough water to last almost a week using it every day.

This steamer is great for doing jackets, dresses and touching up shirts. It's better than my old one but I find it to be too bulky. Needs topping up very frequently although it's easy to do. Don't regret buying it but I wouldn't go looking for it again if i needed another one

I find myself always reaching for this product! I’ll be the first to admit I absolutely dread having to get out the iron/ironing board so having this handheld steamer definitely takes the stress out of that. I find myself not having to refill it as often as other brands I’ve tried. The grip is also a nice added feature! This definitely lets out a good amount of steam that gets rid of them nasty creases. It’s a little heavy compared to the ones I’ve tried but that’s only a small complaint hence the 4 stars. But other than that it’s a great purchase for anyone needing a quick fix for your clothes!!

This steamer is much more convenient than a traditional steamer. I leave it on my bedside table and quickly steam a dress for work in a couple of minutes. Not too heavy. I love it!

The water reservoir could be clear so you know when you're getting close to the top without it over spilling. The steam lock button could be placed in a different location so as to not keep accidentally knocking it off during use. Otherwise it steams well but this is the first I've ever used! Comes with good attachments.

This saves me so much time ironing and it heats so quickly and much safer to use if you have kids

This steamer was very user friendly. It was not difficult to set up and use at all! Just some light reading to familiarise yourself with the attachments. Thr unit itself is a little heavy that'd why I did not give it 5 stars. The performance of the Steamer is amazing. It does the same job as an iron but with ease and convenience. I was even able to use ut on delicate silks and worked great on linen. It is also wonderful for giving the sheets a quick steam after you've put them on the bed. The unit is quit efficient vonsidering the size of the water tank. It did not need to be refilled constantly like a Kmart steamer for example. I would highly recommend the Tefal Access Steam Force Handheld Garment Steamer DT8280 for anyone who hates ironing, it just makes the chore that little but easier!!

Due to herniating a cervical disc quite severely I was unable to use it as much as I had hoped, I got it one day before the injury but I was so impressed with it. The amount of steam it generated was impressive. Lasted a long time before needing to refill (my old one is a cheap store brand one). I was able to use it like an iron and hem my heavy curtains with fabric tape. Worked so fast as the heat was hot enough but not too hot to damage the curtains. The only other item I got to try it on was my work uniform before that had to get packed away too and it worked the fabric with breeze. I cannot believe I had gone on all these years using the cheap alternative. I’m so impressed and I can’t wait to start using it more frequently once so am moving again. I do apologise for unable to review more thoroughly and with photos/videos but from the day I used it I think it’s going to be a great help.

Very impressed indeed. I hate ironing and don’t even have an ironing board. If I ever need it’s a towel on the bench and it’s a pain! This little beauty is light weight and easy to use. The over door hanging clip is a nifty way to make steaming your clothing so much easier. Shirts to denim are done quickly, efficiently and crease free. I have also used it on freshly made beds, doona covers come up a treat. I’m absolutely loving this appliance and it will be given a real work out. For anyone that hates ironing this is the product for you!

I am thrilled with this steamer and have really enjoyed seeing my wrinkled and delicate clothes revived and looking crisp and fresh again. I have had great success using this on delicate fabrics like silk, and sheer fabrics which are prone to creasing. The instructions for use were easy to follow and the images in the instructions manually make it easy to work out which attachment serves each purpose. Looks wise, the steamer looks high end, is sleek and beautifully designed. I love the that the handle has two different textures which make it really easy for me to grip. The button to activate the steam is easy to hold down and doesn't require excessive force. I did find my arm got a bit tired after using this on multiple tops one after the other, but this wouldn't be an issue if you were only steaming 1-2 items, I was excited and perhaps went a little overboard. I have used this to disinfect some of my dog's favorite toys with great success!

Thanks, for choosing me for the trial of tefal handheld garment steamer. Honestly it's is heavy as compared to my previous one. But do work greats on fancy clothes.which are difficult to do with normal iron. Clothes with embroidery and patches this is the best. Highly recommended.

The steamer is easy to use. It heats up quickly and distributes a good amount of steam. The turbo function is effective for a burst of steam to get out stubborn wrinkles. I used this on several fabrics from linen to cotton. I used the hanger and placed my tops against the door and then ran the steamer over the front and back. It removed the majority of wrinkles for shirts that hadn't been ironed. It was also good to freshen clothes that has been hanging in the wardrobe. If something is very wrinkled you would probably benefit from ironing it.

This little appliance packs a big punch. It makes ironing clothes a breeze. It is compact and easy to store. Additionally, it comes with different attachments for different purposes. I use this daily to stream my clothes. I have also been using it to refresh my sheets and sanitise my mattress. This is a multi-purpose device and I can't recommend it enough.

I used to really hate ironing (still do) but upon receiving this product, I actually find ironing clothes more fun! This steam garment has changed my life - instead of ironing board, you just plug it in and wait for 25 seconds, and you’re off to go. I appreciate that it comes with different attachments and you could use it on cushion, couch, even teddy bear! 1 appliance - usable on all textiles. It’s a wonderful product for lazy and busy working adult, highly recommend!

Out of the box this steamer felt quite heavy and bulky. While the design was streamlined and relatively easy to fill with water it was significantly larger than other steamers I’ve used in the past. This made it tricky to find it a new home in my crowded laundry! Using the steamer was very easy though, with lots of steam produced and it was effective at refreshing my clothes and getting them ready for the day.

Great clothes steamer, really handy device to refresh and remove wrinkles from clothing, I’ve tried the product and works really well on polo shirts and t-shirts. It’s extremely handy to get your outfit ready in no time if you’re in a rush and don’t want to take out the ironing board. It’s small enough to fit under the sink in my on suite, that’s where I keep mine (easy access to water and electricity and close to my walk in wardrobe. Best part is the extremely quick heat up time less then 30sec I use mine in turbo mode all the time

This product surprised me. It was so easy to set up. I didn't even need to read the instructions (but of course I did encase I missed something). Using it was easy. It was slightly heavy and awkward but afterwards my clothing looked amazing.

Packaging is great, keeps product safe but not too much waste. Product is intuitive from first open. Easy to setup and get started. Steam is plentiful and gets rid of crinkles. Like the two options. I’m impatient so I prefer turbo. Water tank last a surprisingly long time. Only negative is it get heavy in your hand after steaming a few tops. Easy to turn off and leave to come back to. Handy extra accessories to use. The door hook is amazing and SO convenient. All round a great product and very competitive price.

We already had a steamer and was interested to see how this steamer stacked up against it. It is much more powerful and love that it has a delicate setting and powerful setting. The ability to be able to keep the steam on is super helpful especially when steaming a lot of things or for curtains etc. Super good product and very happy to keep using it, much better than our current steamer.
