Nice looking iron

I bought this iron about 6 months ago. Whilst happy with the performance not happy that it is now leaking water.

Good iron but no water cup?

The iron itself is very good. Lots of steam power and weight to remove creases quickly but I must say, for the price it is disappointing that there is no water cup.

Dies after 6 months or so.

I bought this iron 13 months ago. I use it mostly when I am sewing, and initially LOVED it, especially the longer cord, great steam output, and auto off. But it died after 7 months - when it automatically turned off it would come back on again unless I turned it off & on at the power point. Not ideal. So I returned it to the store and it was replaced, no issue. When the replacement iron got to 6 months old it also died. It stopped maintaining temperature after about 5 minutes of use. Not to do with the auto-off feature, but again I had to turn it off and on at the wall to get it to start working again for another 5 minutes or so. So a similar but different issue. I have two friends who bought the same iron after my initial recommendation who have had similar issues with theirs not maintaining temperature, and needing to be switched off and on at the wall to get it to heat up again. In all these cases, not doing what an iron is supposed to do. My previous Tefal lasted 10 years, so I'm pretty disappointed.

Whats not to love!

Simply the best iron I’ve ever had. Easy to operate, reduces ironing time due to impressive steam factor and as larger than other irons I can quickly iron items faster. Makes ironing almost enjoyable!

Takes out creases in one slide

I bought this two weeks ago . The stark generation is good but the water drips from the sprayer nozzle. It’s recommended to hold the machine avoiding the sprayer and then it’s get very uncomfortable to hold . I have ironed 4 shirts and can’t fold them as they are wet n have water marks . If this issue is fixed then it will be good iron .

Highly recommend.

Great quality iron giving wrinkle free results with ease. The only draw back is - the iron is a little heavy which I wasn't expecting.

Tefal is the brand to buy.

My wife says it’s the best iron she’s ever purchased. She has 2 Phillips brands that stopped working in the last 2 years and should have bought Tefal in the first place. Value is what you get when you pay the right price.

Heavy and large

Heavy and cumbersome. Didn't even try it. Returned the product. If you haven't got strong hands don't buy this.

Leaking heavily

Only had for two months, not very heavy usage and it has started leaking heavily this morning. Would expect better quality for the high price.

Great product

Excellent product with multiple options to choose from depending on the fabric. It’s kind of heavy but that weight helps to keep it easy and comfort while using. It is a tad expensive and there are much cheaper products with similar features

Very powerful steam

I bought this model because it had the highest amount of steam production. It blasts the creases and wrinkles out of my heavy cotton drill hivis work shirts. Has a 10yr warranty.
