Glycolic and Lactic Acids that are present in our Orange, Lemon, Bilberry, Sugarcane, Sugar Maple extracts this unique, proprietary blend also contains certified organic, non-distilled Witch Hazel that's grown exclusively for Thayers on a family farm in Fairfield County, Connecticut. By avoiding distillation of our Witch Hazel, we're able to preserve the naturally-occurring, beneficial tannins, which are known to offer antioxidant and antibacterial benefits, and bring about a natural glow. Thayers 2% AHA Toner is 100% cruelty free and free of any animal ingredients, and we aim to reduce waste by offering recyclable packaging. Not the same formula either!!!!!

I loved this toner but now it's not the same. You said a new label change was all but you also changed the formula. That also should've been mentioned. This is not what I have been using in the past. Why is it people find something that works has a good smell then the company changes everything about it?? Then we have to start looking for something new all over again. I was really hoping this company would be consistent and reliable but I guess I wrong. Why do companies do that to people? I will never understand that. You just lost a customer.

Only cleanser I use on my face

I use the pH balancing cleanser daily and it has been great for my sensitive skin. I no longer have rosacea outbreaks from using harsh astringents. Glad they took the old white dud off the package, too.

Product Changed and Smells Awful

This was my favorite toner. It smelled clean and fresh. It now smells like stale maple syrup. Did the formula change? It was advertised as a labeling change. If you loved the old toner, beware- it is not the same!

New bottle, bad smell

This is one of my favorite products. Just started a new bottle… and the smell is so off? The old style bottle never smelled like this. It smells stale kind? I don’t know if I can keep using it. Did they change their formula? Hoping maybe it’s a bad batch.

Was a favourite product, won't buy again

New formula is aweful, smells bad, feels slimey, and doesn't work the same. Dis I mention it stinks now. In a scent free workplace this is upsetting and can be smelt under makeup. Wish it was just a ugly bottle/label change but the product also went downhill.

Blew My Mind!

Holy crap. Color me surprised, in a good way. This toner IS the business! I saw an immediate change in my skin from the first use. I like that there’s no added fragrance, just a natural citrus scent from the formulation. You’ve got a winner here, Thayers. I’m looking forward to my results with this paired with your pH Balancing Daily Cleanser.
