Even and consistently browned toast, no fuss

First toaster I've ever used that doesn't need to be watched. Can set it for the right shade, walk away, come back when it beeps and the slice is just right. No more 'a bit extra' to get it right without burning. Particularly like using the sourdough setting, somehow it avoids burning the edges of the toast. Slots are slightly narrower than previous Breville, so Hot Cross buns have to be flattened to fit. Expensive, but if you like your toast and get frustrated not getting it right first time, then it might be worth it.
