Toni & Guy Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray 200mL

I've been meaning to try a sea salt spray for quite some time now. I've got naturally straight hair, which is fine, straight and flat... and that is why I purchased this product to add some texture and life in to my otherwise boring straight hair. This sea salt spray comes in a cute blue bottle, which is convenient for travel. It is affordable and the bottle will last a long time. It has a great, fresh fragrance which I love. I spray it onto my dried hair and it gives it me that messy, effortless look quickly and easily. It is not sticky and does not dry out my hair. It's perfect for those like me that have straight, fine hair that needs some texturising.

I really like this product. I have fine wavy fly away hair. I use this on damp hair after shampooing. A light spray then air dry or blow dry. I found it gave my hair a nice wavy texture which lasts all day. I dont need to use hairspray like I used to. It controls my fly away hair nicely. It has a nice pleasant fresh smell and comes in an easy to use spray bottle just the right size for travel as well. I have tried many products on my hair but this one really works well for me and I will continue to buy it in the future.

I have in-between hair. It can be very frizzy and shapeless, but with a little judicious product, the frizz can be made to curl, though I have to be careful - certainly products can really make my hair look terrible (anything with silicone for example). Sea salt spray is one of those products that really helps add texture and turn the frizz into curl and it generally works a treat. I have to spray it on quite damp - it won't work on dry hair, and then work it into my hair with the scrunch technique and then hey, voila, curls that last all day. The Tony & Guy is a good sea salt spray for me. It does the trick, is readily available and if you buy on sale, is often quite inexpensive (I got mine half price ~$8 which is very reasonable). The green grey bottle is a good hand size, and spritzes out just the right amount. The scent is not unpleasant - though reasonably strong - kind of floral with a hint of woodsiness to give it that beachy feel. I find it leaves my hair a little dry though - so I only use it a few times a week at most - never two days in a row. Also I find it can make my hair feel a little sticky.

The Toni&Guy Sea Salt Texturing Spray comes in a grey-green circular bottle with a matching semi-transparent spray and cap. The spray mechanism is well done and delivers a consistent and good amount of product and the spray does not clog up (I have found that to be an issue with other brands). The smell is salty and it is a really nice scent to have in your hair. I usually apply this product to the roots and mid-lengths of damp hair as I find that if it is applied to dry hair it feels sticky, it also tangles and knots dry hair. I found that this product does provide volume and adds an extra day between hair washes but at the same time it adds heaviness so if you don't like the heaviness then you will not be a fan of this Sea Salt Spray. I probably would only purchase this one again on a good sale. Made in Poland.

Pump doesn’t work well. The sea salt doesn’t provide much texture and grittiness compared to other products.

I have fine wavy hair, and I love using this seat salt spray for second and third hair days as my hair loses volume after the first day. It smells great and reminds me of the beach, and does give those beachy waves in your hair. However, I did take a star off as it sometimes gives me extra kinks in my hair which leaves it quite unruly instead of the beachy vibe I would rather have.

excellent for people with fine hair

I am planning to go into a store and return the bottles. They don’t texturize at all. So disappointed.
