My grandson has always loved audiobooks. We have a subscription to a digital service, but it isn't always feasible for him to listen. The Toniebox makes it fun, educational, completely screen free, and allows him to use his imagination, while being completely kid friendly, and giving him a physical item that he can choose to know what story he wants to listen to on the magnetic shelf that we have. The stories are like paw patrol episodes, except described, just like a dramatized audiobook. He can pretend, with his various paw patrol playsets, that he is enacting the stories as they play, which forces him to use his imagination. The game just adds another area of fun to experience. I love that this came with Chase, the game, and controller. Buying the bundle meant that I didn't have to buy a controller for any other games, and I can just buy the games themselves. I also like that it's more like a board game, and doesn't require a screen at all. The Toniebox is rechargeable, via a USB-C cable, so we try to keep it charged because should we have thunderstorms, and we have some really good thunderstorms, should we lose power, he can still listen to stories to go back to sleep at night.

I love this blue Tonies box 2. I have been wanting to get one for my son. It is a great way for him to be independent to hear stories and to also use it to play games on his own. I can’t wait to use it more after I get more characters for him.

This was my first time hearing of a Toniebox. I wasn’t sure if my 6 year old would like it, since at first I thought it would be for younger kids. It comes with an instruction manual and the app is easy to use/set up to download everything. My 6 year old loves listening to the stories, and I particularly love that there’s no screen and it’s screen-free entertainment.

My sweet boys are obsessed with this. They love hearing the stories and listening to the songs. It has a pretty long battery life and it’s really easy for them to use. Also love how if it gets dropped the protective outer part keeps it from breaking!
