HATE, HATE, HATE the new ‘gel’ NOT ‘paste’ formula!!!!!!!!!

HATE, HATE, HATE the new formula!!!!! 😡 Our family have all used & enjoyed the previous’paste’ formula for many years exclusively - this new ‘gel’ formula not only tastes appalling but is akin to putting paint stripper in your mouth - as it burns gums, tongue & inside walls of mouth. We will all NEVER be using this horrific formula/product again & are on the hunt for our new ongoing family favourite…..AND…..we are telling everyone else about our experiences too!!!! 🥺

Disaster change

New formula tastes bad and strips the skin off my gums… very disappointing change

New Formula

Have been using this product daily for ages, suddenly the formula has changed and it is not good. This is the only toothpaste that my 9 and 12 year old use, as the old formula had a very mild taste, it did not have the strong 'toothpaste' taste. The new formula is just like every other toothpaste, we will be looking for an alternative and not be using this anymore.

New formula caused allergic reaction

I have been using the old Colgate charcoal formula for years and loved it. I tried the new formula and after three days have noticed increasing discomfort in my gums, lips and tongue. It feels like an allergic reaction - like a mild burn that builds overtime. I’ve had similar issues for other brands in the past, but never with the Colgate charcoal till this week. Have had to stop use and now trying to work out what ingredient changed to narrow down my allergy. Really disappointed in the new formula.

Garbage update.

I have used Colgate charcoal toothpaste for years and am deeply disappointed at the new updated one. Firstly, don’t write on the tube that it is a paste, when it is clearly a gel, secondly, the flavour is so strong that it is effecting the foods I eat three hours after brushing. Why replace what was working, rather than bring out a new product, which is what this is? I hate it. I’ll go with oral B

Excellent Toothpaste, which cleans your teeth to perfection. I must say this toothpaste has a pleasant flavour. I highly recommend!

Loved this product. Mouth felt fresh and teeth were nice and clean. Started to brighten my teeth. Will continue using to see if it brightens more.

The whole clean mouth feel from this product is incredible! The size and ease of use of the packaging is also a bonus - and you genuinely feel much cleaner, whiter and protected from using this toothpaste! Will be keeping an eye out and purchasing again when it comes out!

Amazing Charcoal Toothpaste

I've tried a lot of toothpastes and brands and I Love this toothpaste, leaves your teeth feeling clean and your breath minty fresh! I have also notified that my teeth have become whiter since using this toothpaste - 10/10.

Best Charcoal Toothpaste I've Tried

I was initially hesitant about the charcoal color, but the toothpaste itself is white when brushing. It has a gel-like texture, a pleasant minty flavor, and you only need a small amount. My teeth and gums felt noticeably clean and my teeth were less sensitive after use. I've also seen an improvement in the staining of my teeth. This toothpaste exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be switching to it. The taste is also much better than other charcoal toothpastes I've tried.
