Shocking lack of user testing before formula change and no ownership of matter from Colgate.

New formula disaster! Wife went through blood tests etc. for dry, sore, disgusting feeling mouth. $ on gels just to try to sleep, feared an autoimmune disorder. Specialist appointments made. Changed to red seal only after seeing feedback from (many) other customers. Immediate improvement and now normal again. Thrown out all Colgate - will never use again. Mostly principle of the matter - no ownership taken! Unbelievable you would do this to longstanding customers.

Bring back Active Fresh original

Please bring back the previous Active Fresh. It was perfect. My breath issues were solved. Not with this new formula. I will have to go elsewhere. Bring back Active Fresh original !

Having issues with the new formula

The new formula is not any good. It tastes strange, the texture is odd and it’s making the inside of my mouth feel yucky and peeling. I think I’m allergic to an ingredient. I miss the Advanced Fresh or Mint Stripe formula.

New formula causes pain in gums and lips.

Bought this new formula three weeks ago, and for the last two weeks my whole mouth has been in pain. Gums and tongue irritated and inflamed, feels like my whole mouth is one big ulcer. Whatever you changed Colgate, change it back please. Feels like the skin in my mouth is eroding.

What was wrong with advanced fresh?

Have used advanced fresh for so long and was very satisfied. Now this has the strength of kids toothpaste and the consistency is more watery. Seems I am not the only one now searching for a new brand

Terrible reaction

I noticed a change in taste but as I have always used this brand I thought I should still persevere. I started to notice a tingling on my lips and then my mouth and gums started burning and I felt like I had a mouth full of ulcers. I have had to take antihistamine to help with the pain. I am very disappointed

Colgate Advanced Fresh vs Active Fresh

The new Active Fresh toothpaste taste is not to very different and not to my liking. Advanced Fresh was a good product and have being using it for over 20 years. I will have to move to another brand s I cannot find Advanced Fresh anywhere. Colgate - very disapponinting.

The dumbest business decision since New Coke to discontinue Fresh Mint

The absolute dumbest decision ever to discontinue Colgate Total Active Prevention Fresh Mint Toothpaste and "reformulate" it with a vastly inferior product. The "New Coke" moment for Colgate. I will never buy again. Back to Crest.

Colgate Total Advanced Fresh

I am extremely disappointed that the Colgate active fresh toothpaste has been discontinued! I have tried to ring All of the Colgate telephone numbers & I was unable to speak to anyone The new formula, is horrible & it tastes like soap! I have been a loyal customer & have Always bought Colgate toothpaste & unfortunately I now feel that I will need to find a replacement brand.
