Turbo Silence Eco Fan VF5450 in White

Started off really quiet. After a couple of weeks a rubbing noise began. After stripping fan blade assembly and reassembling the noise has decreased significantly. Don't know for how long. Oscillation range is very poor, doesn't extend to 90 degrees or the sides, so no air blown other than in front. Disappointing in that regard and a disappointment all round especially having paid $159 for it.

I am very satisfied, as the product is more than expected. I search and compare the fan, model, and price. Then I come up with Tefal. Actually, the bands said the name itself. I am a fan of Tefal for the rice cooker too. Their product is beyond expectation. Assessing its ability to move air efficiently and quietly while checking for durable construction and useful features. 7 speed options with remote control, a solid, non-rattling base, and a motor that operates quietly, especially at lower speeds for sleeping mode. I plan to buy one more.

This really is quiet and it seems to have energy saving features. The LEDs are only lit up when you need to use the controls. It also seems to switch off after a number of hours, but I haven't figured out if I have programmed that or it happens automatically.
