Charger port breaks

Charger port broke the first time of having it in 6 months. I got a replacement and the charger port broke again within 2 months. Horrible

Supremely disappointed

I was supremely disappointed to have wasted my money on this based on the excellent reviews. I wish I had not wasted my money, but because you can't return headphones after trying them, I'm stuck with expensive headphones I strongly regret. I can only hope to inform others. Pros: - Excellent sound quality. - Crisp and clear mic quality. - Some minor adjustable settings in the downloadable software app. - Surprisingly long battery life. - They are not heavy.* Cons: * Though they are not heavy, they are very tight (I am a female with an average sized head), even when fully extended. This creates the following three issues; - Extremely uncomfortable to the point of causing pain in extended use. The pressure sits entirely on a single point at the top of the head and gives long lasting headaches with extended use. I had to craft crochet bunny ears either side of the centre to distribute the area of pressure, which helped but even then it still eventually gives me headaches even with my crocheted padding. - Additional pressure at the back of the jawline below the ears. It creates an uncomfortable feeling that can be felt for an hour or so after finishing using them, but at least does not result in pain. - Despite their claims, it is not glasses friendly unless you count being able to sit the arms of the glasses above the earpieces without them tilting too much. I cannot have them behind my ears though, too much pressure. - Most annoyingly; The microphone cuts out things I say sometimes and I never know what they've heard and what they haven't. I have to sit with my discord open on the other window and glance to see if the green circle lights up or not when I speak. I can only assume it's the AI noise reduction being stupid? I have no idea why but it is infuriating and happens at random intervals. I have absolutely no idea why so many reviewers claim they are comfortable, what on Earth were they using before that THIS is comfortable? Coming from a Razer Kraken Kitty V2 headset, this was a huge downgrade for something that costs more.
