Good quality

Sturdy tray, released the bread perfectly, bread baked evenly. The scoops are shallower and wider than traditional baguette trays which is good because I can also bake other loaf styles, but doesn’t give the best baguette shape. I purchased online so was not aware of this. Still happy with the tray as the quality is very good and I will still use it for baking.
