The Secrets Out!

This would have to be the best non-stick baking tray I've ever bought. It's not only brilliant to cook on, but it's an absolute breeze to clean, even after baking chicken thighs with an incredibly sticky marinade, that NONE of my other trays have ever been able to withstand. I mainly bought it because it seemed to be the only tray that would fit into my Breville mini oven/airfryer, so I wasn't expecting much, but I have to say, what a find! The first time we used it, was for mini pizzas, & it was able to withstand the 230C preheat, easily, which resulted in the crispiest bases we've ever had...even better than the pizza stone that came with the AF. I had a very happy grandson, who wants pizza every time he visits now. The best bit, is I'll be saving a fortune on baking paper, as I won't be needing it anymore. So, I'll be tossing out ALL my other non-stick baking trays & pans, & replacing them with more Bakers Secret bakeware.
