Oh how much baking paper would I have saved if I had this years ago! A little ripper!

The baking sheet is very ergonomic and easy to use. I have never used a baking sheet before, only trays and found this product to be more user friendly.

I'm loving the Bakers Secret brand. I also bought the shallow baking tray & they're both brilliant. It's not only excellent ot cook on, but it's an absolute breeze to clean. I cooked some really sticky chicken in the shallow baker, which ended up with some burnt on bits, that literally slid off, when I washed it. I've used both, now to do pizzas, & they both withstood a 230C preheat, although the cookie sheet did buckle a teeny little bit, but it settled once it had food on it, so it wasn't an issue in the end. But we ended up with the crispiest bases ever...even better than usuing the pizza stone that came with our mini oven. I also love the weight of the products, which is a prime consideration for me now, due to permanent nerve damage in my right arm, & these products are very easy to manage. They also look & feel very durable, & I feel confident that I won't have to replace them anytime soon. So I'll be tossing out ALL my other bakeware & replacing it with the Bakers Secret alternatives. I haven't been this impressed with cookware in a long time, & have been singing its' praises to all my foodie friends. What I love most is the money I'll be saving on baking paper, which isn't cheap anymore, not to mention the reduction in waste.
