Springform 25.5cm round cake pan

This springform pan is "bigger" than the regular 20cm size and was ideal for the Protein Cheesecake I've made several times now. Releases easily, washes easily and looks like new.

Brilliant springform pan with multiple uses.

I love this cake pan. It is very versatile as apart from baking cakes and removing them seamlessly, I make a brilliant cheesecake in it which the pan happens to be my "go to pan" for making them. I should go back and get some more in various sizes. I bought it during a sale and it was a fabulous price, but quite honestly I would have bought it anyway !
