Ive wanted one of these for ages. This hasn’t disappointed - it’s been so good for salads, stir fry, wraps… kitchen staple. I’m not huge on the mechanism to grip the item you’re slicing but I think there may be a trick to holding it that I haven’t worked out yet. The cut is really uniform. Love it.
