Thai Chicken Laksa (Serves 2)1. Prepare 100g egg noodles as per packet instruction. Drain and set aside.2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over low heat and stir-fry ½ jar of Valcom Laksa Paste until fragrant.3. Add 150g sliced chicken fillet and stir-fry until cooked.4. Add 1 cup (250mL) coconut milk and ¾ cup (190mL) water and bring to the boil.5. Place noodles in serving bowls, top with Laksa soup and garnish with fresh beansprouts, coriander leaves and a squeeze of lime juice (optional).
