For nasal congestion and coughs:- Rub-on: Adults and children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back.- Steam Inhalation: Adults and children 12 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with 500 mL of hot (not boiling) water and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day.For muscular aches and pains:- Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.

Active Ingredients: Menthol 2.82% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w. Also contains: Racemic Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil, Lavender Oil, Fragrance and Thymol in White Soft Paraffin base.

When using for rub-on, DO NOT: - Use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician. - Apply close to eyes. - Apply to nostrils, on or around nose, wounds, or damaged skin. - Bandage tightly or use with heating pads. When using for steam inhalation: Read instructions for use carefully to ensure safe usage. Incorrect usage may result in serious burns or scalds.- Do not use on children under 12 years of age. - Do not leave children unsupervised. - Do not heat in a microwave or reheat mixture. - Do not add into the water that you are heating.
