DOSAGE: For nasal congestion and coughs: - Rub-on: Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back. - Steam Inhalation: Adults and Children 6 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water (NOT BOILING) and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Then gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day. Use with care to avoid scalding. For muscular aches and pains: - Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF USE

Menthol 2.82% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w

When using for rub-on, DO NOT: Use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician. Apply close to eyes. Apply to nostrils, wounds or damaged skin. Bandage tightly or use with heating pads. When using for steam inhalation, DO NOT: Use on children under 6 years of age. Leave children unsupervised. Heat in a microwave or reheat mixture. Add into the water that you are heating. Consult a doctor: If fever is present or symptoms persist. If pregnant or breast-feeding before use. While using this medicine: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.

This product is exactly what I don’t need.

I am so dissatisfied with this product,it’s not like I remembered as a little girl. Vicks always used to have a very strong smell, that would take away any congestion.

Have used this for as long as I can remember. The product has changed. The strong smell has gone and is not as effective. Perhaps the company could explain this for its long time customers

There is no vapor smell

No smell anymore what have they done to Vicks. Not impressed iv bought several and all the same.. it used to unblock ya nose. Not anymore

Reminds me of my grandmother!! So glad I purchased, has helped me to sleep better while I have cold symptoms. Love it.

Whats happened 🙈i bought Vicks the other day , no smell no wow i can feel this on my chest Basically i bought petroleum jelly ?

Australian version is now inferior.

From what it once was circa 50 yeara ago, the Australian version of the product is now inferior. Better pay a bit more and buy the essential oils and make your own topical ungent. Use it in a pinch, but I do not recommend.
