Directions Apply 2-3 sprays per nostril immediately within the first 24-36 hours after feeling the 1st signs of a cold such as a tickle at the back of your throat, or sneezing. Incline the nozzle outwards in the direction of your ear and avoid inhaling deeply. Use up to 4 times per day until symptoms subside. It really works!

I picked up a cold and used this product as soon as I could get it. By the time I used it, the cold was starting to take hold. This reduces the severity and length of the illness. After 2 days I was back to normal. I bought a spare spray for work.

This product is amazing as soon as I felt the familiar pain where my nasal passage meets my throat I knew I was about to get sick. 2 sprays of this up each nostril before bed and woke up with no sickness. Another 2 sprays and off to work and no sickness at all. This spray is Amazing!

Best thing, BUT READ INSTRUCTIONS!

I was getting desperate as I live with a young nephew and two elderly people and I go out a lot so I didn't want to leave it to chance. So I got this and gave it a go, now it was uncomfortable having the feeling of accidentally snorting water and the taste was gross but after I used it all I had that time was just a dry throat and a blocked nose. Please look at the ingredients before buying just in case you have any allergies or medical conditions that can prevent you from using this product and after buying it, please read the instructions, there is a specific way you have to point the nozzle to prevent insta whack.
