Directions For nasal congestion and coughs:• Rub-on: Adults and children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back.• Steam Inhalation: Adults and children 12 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with 500 mL of hot (not boiling) water and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day.For muscular aches and pains:• Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician. Storage Temperature: Store below 30°C.

Warnings When using for rub-on, DO NOT: • Use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician. • Apply close to eyes. • Apply to nostrils, on or around nose, wounds, or damaged skin. • Bandage tightly or use with heating pads. When using for steam inhalation: Read instructions for use carefully to ensure safe usage.
