For nasal congestion and coughs:Rub-on: Adults and children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back.Steam Inhalation: Adults and children 12 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with 500mL of hot (not boiling) water and add 10mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day.For muscular aches and pains:Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.

Active Ingredients: Menthol 2.82% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w.Also contains: Racemic Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil, Lavender Oil, Fragrance and Thymol in White Soft Paraffin base.

When using for rub-on, do not:Use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician.Apply close to eyes.Apply to nostrils, on or around nose, wounds, or damaged skin.Bandage tightly or use with heating pads.When using for steam inhalation: Read instructions for use carefully to ensure safe usage. Incorrect usage may result in serious burns or scalds.Do not use on children under 12 years of age.Do not leave children unsupervised.Do not heat in a microwave or reheat mixture. Do not add into the water that you are heating.Consult a doctor:If fever is present or symptoms persist.If pregnant or breast-feeding before use.While using this medicine:Keep out of reach of children.For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or mucous membrane. When exposed to eyes, rinse eyes with water immediately. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area.
