Common Uses Stabiliser Bar Relief from Sprains and Pain Provides Extra Support and Stability Designed for most ankle sizes: 210mm - 270mm (around ankle)

Directions 1. Wear against the skin or over sock. 2. Undo straps, gently pull over foot by sliding through internal sleeve (line up heel recess with heel). 3. Secure upper strap first. 4. Secure and adjust both lower straps over foot to opposite sides. 5. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
