Measure circumference above elbow joint, refer to size diagram on back of packaging. Gently pull over elbow joint, wide end first. For full compressive effect, pull fabric taut and ensure there are no wrinkles. Avoid wearing support for prolonged periods. 

Washing: Hand wash only using warm mild soapy water. Air dry only. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Using ointments, liniments, oils or any other skin products may damage the material.

M: 250-310mm
L: 310-360mm
XL: 360mm+

Material: Viscose, Polyester, Rubber, Spandex, Copper
