Common Uses Relief from Sprains and Pain Provides Extra Support and Stability

Directions 1. Wear against the skin or over clothing. 2. Line up and ensure padding is on the required side (left or right) of knee cap. 3. Loosen straps, gently pull over knee, fitting into shaped knee recess. 4. Secure support by adjusting both straps. 5. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten). Washing Instructions: Hand wash only using warm mild soapy water. Air dry only. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Using ointments, liniments, oils or any other skin products may damage the material.
