Common Uses Relief from Sprains and Pain Provides Support and Stability Size and Measurement: Small/Medium Up to 400mm (below knee)

Directions 1. Wear against the skin or over clothing. 2. Undo strap, line up and ensure padding is below the knee cap. 3. Secure support by adjusting the strap. 4. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
