Common Uses Relief from Sprains and Pain Provides Support and Compression Designed for most elbow sizes: 250mm - 360mm (around elbow)

Directions 1. Wear against the skin or over clothing. 2. Secure straps loosely. 3. Gently pull up over elbow, fitting elbow into shaped elbow area. 4. Re-secure support by adjusting both straps as required. 5. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
