Common Uses Stabilising Bars Relief from Sprains and Pain Provides Stability and Compression Size and Measurement: Medium 350mm - 400mm (around knee)

Directions 1. Measure circumference of the knee, refer to size chart. 2. Wear against the skin. 3. Gently pull the support up the leg and over the knee with cross behind the knee cap. 4. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch.
