Common Uses 3 Removable Stabilising Bars Relief from Sprains and Pain Provides Extra Support and Stability Designed for most wrist sizes: 160mm - 210mm (around wrist)

Directions 1. Wear against the skin. 2. Undo straps and gently pull onto hand by sliding through internal sleeve (insert thumb through thumb hole). 3. Secure middle strap first, then secure the remaining straps. 4. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
