Common Uses Relief from Sprains and Pain Provides Support and Compression Designed for most ankle sizes: 210mm - 270mm (around ankle)

Directions 1. Wear against the skin or over sock. 2. Place heel in loop. 3. Pull strap over top of foot then around base of foot. 4. Secure strap around ankle with touch fastener. 5. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
