Relief from Aches and Sprains Provides Heat and Support Designed for most ankle sizes: 210mm - 270mm (around ankle)

1. Wear against the skin or over sock. 2. Undo straps, gently pull over foot by sliding through internal sleeve (line up heel recess with heel). 3. Secure upper strap first. 4. Secure and adjust both lower straps over foot to opposite sides. 5. Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).

Sensitivity to Neoprene or Neoprene blends may result in a rash or irritation. If this occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical advisor. Due to continual improvement, the colour and appearance may vary.
